Measures and assembly of final project

The project is going on, here is the final dimensions of various parts: Pallet Basic Plan Forks Shelves (in progress) For the final dimensioning, i'm focused on the eur-pallet model (1:20 scale of the real eur-pallet).
I decided to build an automated warehouse based on Arduino and Raspberry Pi as a school project.
The purpose of my project is to provide a simple model of an automatic warehouse (AS/RS) in which the electronic system is able to control sending, retrieval and status of the storage products.

An electronic system based on Arduino and others parts controls the automatic warehouse.
A mobile slide allows the transport of the pallet from the warehouse to a conveyor where they are available for loading and unloading.
The mechanical system of the slide is based on three main axes: x axis, y axis, z axis.
A mechanism similar to the forks of a forklift truck allows withdrawing the pallet from the magazine and making it available at the loading point.

The main parts of my project are:

  1. Warehouse
  2. Slider with fork
  3. Electronic system of control (microprocessors, cables, power supply, sensors).

Currently it’s not available online the full documentation of such a project and my idea is to leave my work available to be developed or improved. The conditions of use are described in the license-related pages.
